GRASSROOTS MATCHDAY PACKAGE
Our grassroots matchday package is designed specifically with grassroots teams in mind. A low-cost option for teams on a budget to capture your team in action, just like they appear in the papers.
It is also a chance for parents and players to take away high quality memories of action shots to look back on in years to come.
How it works...
Team representative books a match with us. An £80 booking fee is paid

The photographer takes posed portraits of each player, a team photo, action shots throughout the game and any awards given out after the game.
↓
All your photos are given a professional edit and uploaded to our secure online gallery. The link and password are sent to the manager to distribute to the parents.
↓
Players/Parents log on to our online store and purchase prints, gifts etc
↓
The total amount of prints sold in monetary value is then refunded back to the manager up to the value of the booking fee.
For e.g 4 x 6x9" prints at £15 sold, £60 is refunded to the manager.
FAQ's
What if the game gets called off for bad weather?
Don't panic! We just rearrange it for another agreed fixture at no additional cost. This also applies if the game is called off for any other reason outside of the booking teams control.
Do I need permission to for you to photograph at games?
Usually no, but it is best practice and in the interests of everyone if the parents and staff from both teams are notified. It is also recommended that the club you represent are given the "heads up" too, the Child Welfare Officer may want clarification of our credentials. There are very occasionally times when a certain player cannot be photographed. We will need to know about this prior to the game.
Is there a safeguarding issue regarding photographing children?
This comes up a lot in our work and the advice from the FA is no, in fact, they encourage photos to be taken of kids enjoying the sport. There are certain guidelines that we follow from the FA including not displaying players names and photos together online and all of our online galleries are secured by a password that only ourselves and the booking team representative (and the people they choose to send it to) know about. All adult staff at Centre Spot photography are DBS checked and have taken FA & Government safeguarding courses.
